At Smith Teamaker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are unhappy with your tea or teaware, please contact us within 30 days for a resolution.

Return Process

    Email our hospitality team with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return or exchange.

    Receive Authorization

    Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

    Package Your Item

    Carefully pack the unused tea or teaware in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our atelier safely.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement.
